Repetition

We Primarily focus on repetition and that is our distinctive style. More often than not, people try to get into the posture directly where they get enmeshed into flight or fight mode which triggers the sympathetic nervous system and unsuccessful in staying in the asana for longer duration. Whereas, there is scientific evidence that repetition will enhance the posture and neutralize the reflex system thus stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system where both body and mind is completely neutral and poised. And, repetition generated by dynamic practices induces vibrant energy which keeps the body at high alert yet relaxed.

Relaxation

Daily stress can take a toll on physical and mental health. Relaxation can help reduce many chronic health concerns as well as rejuvenate
energy and promotes a more positive sense of self. Following power packed practice, we facilitate the body to shed all its pressure on the
mat and move down to tranquil mode. It is not only the mind, even the body is still. Mind and body are intertwined, if the mind is still the
body can go still and vice versa. That being said, we take the body to the deep mindful meditative state that helps to recover tissues and cells.
It is an opposite way to end the practice, especially following the high octane session.

Respiration

Breath is new and fresh. It is a connecting chord between the body and mind. It is neither past nor in the future but everlastingly in present. The act of breathing is an essential part of various meditative practices. Heuristically, if one associates oneself with breath, one can live in the “present” without the burden of thoughts which is the root of all psychological problems. We have a unique style where we do lots of preparation and breathing in asanas with dynamic repetition. This will help one to get the stability and comfort in asana. Efficient breathing helps in alignment and subtle adjustments in asanas.

Preface

In this course, students will start from the basics, Intermediate and advanced asanas. Students will gradually be able to practice common and challenging postures. We will help them to cautiously build their stability, strength which helps them to move ahead. The instructions are as lucid as it could possibly be which helps the participants to understand the postures, techniques and the systematic way to accomplish their goals with minimal effort. We have online sessions for different categories with different timings where participants are constantly monitored under the eagle eye of an instructor. We also train them in using props and modification allowing the body to experience the posture and gradually work up to the classical postures without any injury. This session, along with proper lifestyle will help them to reverse their chronic ailments like diabetes, thyroid, high blood pressure etc. Our systematic step by step practice will help them to alleviate any aches and pain.

Prerequisite

We have an unique and systematic methodology of using necessary props which helps the trainees to effectuate their task effortlessly. Our high octane warm up techniques help to accomplish even the most complex postures easily and effectively thus bringing radiance to the body and tranquility to the mind. And, also, our warm up routines, adequate stay and dynamic warm up helps to unleash so much energy into the body thereby keeping the immunity high and diseases at bay. In addition, our school of practices, if done regularly, will help the participant to reduce weight, get physically strong, flexible and mentally more balanced. Bilva’s practitioners are capable of doing any school of yoga as they are fully equipped and don’t have to go through the rigmarole of their practices.

Offline sessions

Our offline sessions focus even on small things addressing each and every part of the body clearly and squarely. Our unique routines and different variations keeps the body aligned, relaxed, yet not compromising on the intensity. We address the body holistically with an appropriate sequence like standing, back bend, counter postures, inversions, hip opening, splits, middle splits, twisting, side bending etc. This facilitates the body to ingenerate more energy and flexibility. Also, we gradually build strength which helps to perform postures like handstand strength, forearm stand, body balance without any struggle . We have experienced trainers who will support the participants to break their limitations and go beyond.
