Respiration

In our practice we immensely concentrate on the breathing patterns. Yogic breathing is known as pranayama which matches the rhythm of yoga postures.
It’s connected to the energy flow, strength, focus, balance and relaxation. One who masters the breathing patterns can get the full potential from the practice.

Repetition

Performing an asanas or any form of physical exercise for one or two reps doesn’t make a huge impact or improvements in the body. If we want to improve our practice with strength and flexibility we need to concentrate on the repetition.

Relaxation

Many people think relaxation means sleeping. But it’s not it has a very different perspective regarding the mind and body. We need to find our way to relax our mind and body for the world pressure towards us.
Yoga is a simple way to attain the relaxation for mind, body and soul.
